Color masterbatch and toner have the following advantages:

(1) The colors are complete and bright and can be adjusted to the required colors according to customer needs.

(2) It is convenient to reclaim and weigh materials, has good dispersibility, is compatible with natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers, is easy to control color stability, reduces color difference and increases the added value of products, does not scatter during operation, reduces loss, and does not It pollutes the workshop and is not easy to produce chromatic aberration.

(3) It is resistant to vulcanization and color migration, and the color difference before and after vulcanization is small, and the various colors will not contaminate each other after the finished product is made.

(4) The color density of this product is high, so the dosage is low, which can save cost and be economical.

The silicone master sheet is made of silicone as the carrier, and the pigment content varies from 5 to 30%. Silicone master sheet can avoid the defects of difficult weighing, color deviation, and poor dispersion caused by direct use of toner;
