the Production method of silicone mold
- Prepare a container and a mixer or a stirring rod, for example: use two utensils of the same capacity, measure the two components of component A and component B in the container in the same way, and then measure the two components of A/B. Pour the glue into the same large container and stir evenly. The appearance of the mold silicone is a flowing liquid. The A component is the silicone rubber with curing components, and the B component is the silicone rubber.
- It is best to vacuum the stirred silicone rubber with a vacuum machine.
- Pouring or brushing operation process: Evacuate the silicone rubber that has been evacuated from the bubbles, and pour the silicone rubber on the product by pouring or brushing.
- Precautions for the use of medical liquid silicone
